According to FlexJobs’ 7th annual survey indicates that a majority of the workers surveyed would be more productive if allowed to work from home. 61% have left or considered leaving a job because it did not have offer flexibility (i.e., telecommuting option or flexible hours). Employers should take note that  “one of the biggest benefits from flexible work is improved productivity levels,” writes Jessica Howington in Flexjobs.com about the survey’s results. “Companies see better output from their teams and professionals feel more productive in their roles,” she adds.
