Capital Region’s Mobility Agenda

The Capital Region (Baltimore, Washington, and Richmond) is home to the third largest regional economy in the United States, and the seventh largest in the world. So says the Greater Washington Partnership, which is behind the “Blueprint for Regional Mobility,” laying out an agenda to “measurably improve the performance and reliability of our transportation system for all of our region’s residents—transforming the system into an asset that ensures we remain globally competitive.” Read their summary report here.
